We offer formal and on-the-job training for all levels of business user and technology support staff.
Implementation Consulting
Clients can undertake the implementation of OPTIMA with minimal assistance from Syncova if they have IT and business resource. However if further assistance is required, Syncova provides a consultancy service for both business configuration and technical integration. We also work with a partner financial services consulting firm, who have a team of fully OPTIMA trained consultants that also have broad experience of the Hedge Fund market.
Technical Consulting
Syncova also provide technical consulting services for bespoke development in the Hedge Fund space. Our team of expert consultants can also leverage our reusable platform that provides grid computing, security master, and pricing and position management.
